Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement and support Wowrack internal system and network infrastructure.
  • Design, implement and support current or new client's managed private or public cloud infrastructure.
  • Be the Primary point of contact (POC) for various customer critical infrastructures. This includes working closely with customers to achieve their needs with various technology and tools that they prefer to use. Ability to establish good communication with customers is a must.
  • Able to manage multiple fast paced projects at the same time and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in overseeing troubled ticket queues and resolve issues that our Customer Support Agent team is unable to resolve.
  • Create and maintain necessary tools to monitor our network and ensure 100% Network uptime and delivery.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of wide array of corporate servers and network related services such as physical and hardware layer, web /mail / DNS / database services, routing / switching / load balancing / firewall devices.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate IT documentation and procedures.
  • Work closely with customers and provide consulting, project management and project implementation.
  • Work closely with Datacenter team, Customer Support Agent team, Sales team and other senior system/network engineers.
  • Remote support and 24/7 on-call duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of combined professional experience with designing, and maintaining highly critical and highly scalable Internet application production environment.
  • Have a strong knowledge of Windows and various Linux based operating system such as Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, and Debian.
  • Have a strong knowledge with various web server technologies such as Apache, NGINX, Ruby on Rails, Tomcat, lighthttpd.
  • Experience with setting up highly scalable and highly available open source database infrastructure such as Mysql master/slave or clustering, Postgre, Hbase (Hadoop), NoSQL (Cassandra/Riak), MongoDB.
  • Experience with setting up in-memory data store technologies such as Memcached or Redis.
  • Experience with design and implementation of Storage systems from simple local storage RAID arrays, to NFS, to open source iScsi SAN, to ZFS pool, to working with commercial enterprise SAN such as Equallogic, EMC, or Netapp.
  • Comfort with Virtualization technologies such as KVM, XEN (CentOS), VMWare, Xenserver (Citrix).
  • Experience with cloud technologies is big plus such as Openstack, Cloudstack, Eucalyptus.
  • Ability to script for deployment automation and config management is required. Technologies we often use are: Chef, Puppet, Capistrano, Github.
  • Extremely Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, Subnetting, and DNS.
  • Knowledge in open source Load balancing technologies and Firewall technologies is a huge plus. Technologies we use: HAProxy, NGINX, Pfsense, Vyatta.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environment is always a plus.
  • Ability to script and write codes in Perl, C, PHP, ASP.NET or other languages is highly preferred.
  • Excellent in communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be dependable with a great work ethic, demonstrated initiative, ownership of issues, and exceptional attitude.
  • Must be willing to be available 24/7 for urgent requests. Must be willing to work off hours/weekend for maintenance purposes as well.

Responsibilities :

  • Position requires a high level of project coordination skills to manage the execution of maintenance activities and network outages.
  • Fundamental understanding of the OSI Model is required.
  • Experience must include operational support, and configuration of network devices such as servers, routers, switches, associated software tools, and cabling in a large LAN/MAN/BAN/WAN environment.
  • Knowledge of network protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP is a Plus. Knowledge and experience working with wireless technologies, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and WAN Accelerators and associated technologies is highly desirable.
  • You will be part of a Team of Network Technicians and Engineers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and continual improvement, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, innovative thinking in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and network reliability.
  • A good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in severs and Cisco devices are a Plus.

Qualifications:

  • Have an undergrad or graduate degree in computer science, network administration, systems engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Preferably earning networking certifications, such as CompTIA's Network+, Cisco's CCNA, and Microsoft's MCTS: Server 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration.
  • Fundamental skills and courses to look for in a network administration degree program include systems administration training, LAN & WAN installation & configuration, routing & switching, and network security training.
  • Know and have used these protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VOIP, VTP, Rapid-STP, STP, MetroE (EPL, EvPL).
  • Working experience with Network appliances and networking devices such as Cisco ASA, Cisco Catalyst, Force10 Switches, F5 Load Balancer, Coyotepoint load balancer, Sonicwall/Watchguard/Juniper appliances, Mikrotik ROS.
  • Have experience in designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
  • Have an effective communication skills.
  • Must be dependable with a great work ethic, demonstrated initiative, ownership of issues, and exceptional attitude.
  • Must be willing to be available 24/7 for urgent requests. Must be willing to work off hours/weekend for maintenance purposes as well.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate regularly with customers. Speak clearly and professionally on the phone, in person or through email.
  • Provide resolution of customer issues and complaints. Identify the issues as quickly as possible, offer an appropriate resolution that satisfies the customers and is in compliance with company regulations. When the issues are determined to be of a serious matter, collect all relevant information and relay it to Team Leader. All the while, actively work to calm the customer, treating with a friendly and respectful demeanor.
  • Able to escalate things to the appropriate System Administrator.
  • Awareness of the support team load.
  • Responsible in collecting all relevant customer data including contact information, billing information, as well as detailed notes regarding the customer’s purchase history.

Qualifications:

  • Min Diploma in Communication or English Literature or Public Relation.
  • Male/Female Max 30 years.
  • Excellent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal relationship.
  • Experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge in IT would be an advantage.
  • Good in teamwork.
  • Willing to work on shift.
